Raise a concern

This page is for a specific situation: you had a bad experience with a gambling operator we’ve linked to or mentioned, and you want to flag it.

What we can and can’t do

We are not the operator, and we cannot resolve a transaction, refund, or account dispute directly — that has to go through the operator itself, and if unresolved, its licensing regulator. What we can do is take the report seriously as editorial input: if a pattern of complaints suggests our coverage of an operator’s compliance or player-protection tooling is out of date or wrong, that’s exactly the kind of thing that should change what we publish.

How to raise it

  1. Email [email protected] with the operator’s name, the article (if any) where we linked to them, and what happened.
  2. We’ll acknowledge it and, where it’s relevant to something we’ve published, look into whether the article needs a correction or an update — see our corrections policy for how that works.

For the underlying dispute itself

To actually resolve a problem with an operator’s product, service, or payout:

  • Contact the operator’s own customer support first, in writing, and keep a record.
  • If unresolved, escalate to the regulator that licenses the operator (see where we stand for how to identify and check that licence).
  • If you believe the issue reflects a gambling problem rather than a service issue, see keeping play safe for confidential, independent support.
